development coordinator for a large, urban library system where she coordinates
the training and development of over 500 employees. With more than fifteen years
experience in staff development and training, Lori is a frequent speaker at
national library conferences and has been published in library journals.
In 2009, Lori was named one of Library Journal's Movers & Shakers.
Lori is the author of LibraryTrainer.com and the
managing editor of ALALearning.org. She also serves
as the marketing and communication chair for ALA's Learning Round Table. Her
passion is in learning and technology and making technology easy for people to
understand.
