SUBJECT: Statewide databases for FY10 effective July 1, 2009
Based upon the FY10 state budget that has been passed by the legislature and signed by Governor Corzine, the New Jersey State Library is delighted to announce that all current databases available for statewide use will continue in FY10.
This includes:
- Heritage Quest
- All current EBSCO database offerings including:
- Business Source Premier
- Novelist Plus and Novelist Plus K-8
- Academic Search Premier for VALE, K-12 & Public Libraries.
- Gale Custom Newspapers (minus the Star Ledger after October 31, 2009 due to the Star Ledger’s new exclusive arrangement with Newsbank)
- RefUSA
The New Jersey State Library appreciates the advocacy efforts by so many librarians, trustees and library customers to their elected officials that helped us make our case in Trenton.
